Joseph P. Turchi handles civil litigation specializing in the areas of Personal Injury,
Workers’ Compensation, Labor and Employment, and General Liability.
Mr. Turchi was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar Association in 2002 and New Jersey
Bar in 2003 as well as the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 2003. Mr.
Turchi is a graduate of Widener University with a degree in B.S.B.A. majoring in
Criminal Justice and Spanish and a minor in Sociology. He received his Juris Doctor
degree in 2002 from Widener University School of Law.
Mr. Turchi is a member of the Judge Alexander F. Barbieri Workers’ Compensation Inns
of Court charter of the American Inns of Court. Mr. Turchi has also served as Secretary
for the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association for the
years 2009 and 2010. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association; American
Bar Association; and has been featured in Who’s Who in American Law.
Mr. Turchi has also been selected by his peers as a Top Pennsylvania Lawyer, Rising
Star and has been featured in Philadelphia Magazine’s section for Super Lawyers. |
