Craig Thorley |

Craig Thorley practices in the areas of corporate, transactional, and international
law. He has extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly with regard to
nuclear services and fuel. Prior to joining Gallagher, Malloy & Georges, Mr.
Thorley was President of EnergySolutions Fuel Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary
of EnergySolutions, Inc. that sought to exploit worldwide opportunities on the front
end of the nuclear fuel cycle.
Mr. Thorley was also Senior Vice President and General Counsel of EnergySolutions,
Inc. for 12 years. In that capacity, he handled all legal aspects of the company,
including, at various times, all federal and state lobbying, regulatory and governmental
affairs, permitting and licensing, human resources, public relations, and media relations.
He also developed expertise in the areas of corporate transactional work, complex
litigation, and white collar criminal defense. Mr. Thorley previously practiced environmental
law as environmental counsel at Delmarva Power & Light Company and as an associate
at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Thorley graduated from Utah State University in 1984, and graduated from Columbia
Law School in 1987. He is a member of the bar in Delaware, D.C., and Utah. Mr.
Thorley is a member of the Utah State University Foundation Board. |
